How do I cancel or modify my recurring donation?

To cancel or change your recurring donation:

• Log in to your DonorGive donor account at donorgive.com.
• Navigate to the Recurring Donations section.
• Select the donation you wish to cancel or modify, and follow the on-screen prompts.
• If you cannot access your account or need help, email support@modernday.org with your name and the missionary you support. We will process the cancellation on your behalf. You must email or call us with the same contact record that we have on file in order to process this request.

Note: If you are canceling because a missionary has left MDM or changed roles, contact us and we will confirm their current status. Cancellations processed by MDM staff take effect immediately -- you will not be charged again after confirmation.
