How do I make sure my gift goes to the right missionary?

We want to make it as easy as possible to ensure that your missionary receives your gift.

Here are some tips:

  • Online giving: Your missionary should have provided you one or two ways to access our online giving system. If it is a DonorGive link, you will be directed to create an account and then you will be guided to making your donation. If they provided you their profile page, then you can give directly on their page.

  • Giving by check: Make the check payable to Modern Day Missions and include a note with the missionary's full name. Mail to: Modern Day Missions | PO Box 535578 | Grand Prairie, TX 75053

  • Giving through a Donor Advised Fund (DAF): Note the missionary's full name in the grant purpose or special purpose field when submitting your grant. We sometimes get DAF donations with no missionary listed. So, please send a message to support@modernday.org to let us know your donation is coming. Provide the your name, the name of the DAF, the amount of the donation and which missionary it is for.

Note: If you are unsure whether your gift was correctly designated, contact support@modernday.org with your name, the missionary's name, the amount, and the approximate date of the gift. Also provide the DAF name if applicable.
