How do I request MDM's W-9?

If a church, institution, or Donor Advised Fund requests MDM's W-9 before processing a donation or grant, we can provide it immediately. Email support@modernday.org with:

• Your name and the missionary you are supporting (if applicable)
• The name of the institution requesting the W-9
• Any deadline for submission

Modern Day Missionaries are considered 1099 contractors for income tax purposes. 1099s are issued by the end of February for the previous tax year. If you have not received your 1099 by March 15th, please reach out to our finance team. 

Note: The finance team will send MDM's current W-9 by return email.
