How can I access my Contribution Statement?

Donors can log in to their DonorGive account to view a full giving history at any time. MDM also sends an annual contribution statements automatically at year end. If a donor cannot locate a specific gift, first confirm the date range filter on the portal view covers the gift in question.

Note: MDM can only issue a US charitable tax receipt to US citizens or US taxpayers. Donors giving from outside the US (for example, Canadian citizens) are not eligible for a US tax credit on their gift. Confirm the donor's tax residency before promising a receipt.
