Why is my donation delayed?

Please confirm the date range on your DonorGive report view includes the gift, and confirm that you are viewing the donor dashboard rather than a missionary dashboard (if applicable - as the two are separate views within the same login). If the gift still does not appear after this check, please contact support@modernday.org.

Bank holidays routinely delay ACH transfers by one business day. Before escalating a delayed payment, check whether the expected date fell on or immediately after a federal banking holiday.
