Why is my missionary profile approval is taking longer than expected?

Your MDM profile page account approvals are confirmed by MDM leadership and typically take 1-3 business days. If it has been longer than that, here is what to check:

• Confirm you submitted the approval through the correct process in your account dashboard
• Email info@modernday.org with your name and let us know you are following up on a pending account approval. Our team will check and update you on the status
