My spiritual covering has not received MDM's email. What should I do?

This is one of the most common delays in the application process. Here is how to resolve it quickly:

  • Ask your covering to check their spam or junk folder. Emails from the modernday.org domain sometimes land there.
  • Confirm the email address you provided on your application is correct. Even a small typo will cause the email to fail.
  • Email info@modernday.org and let us know the correct email address for your covering. We will resend the confirmation request.
  • If your covering's email is consistently undeliverable, provide an alternate email address or ask your covering to reach out to us directly at info@modernday.org.

Note: MDM cannot proceed with your application until your spiritual covering responds. If weeks pass without a response, we may need to discuss whether a different covering contact or organization is the right fit. Please stay in communication with us if your covering is unresponsive.
