What is MDM's refund policy?

Donations made to Modern Day Missions are tax-deductible gifts to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. As such, all gifts are considered final and non-refundable.

• Because donations are given to MDM on behalf of a missionary -- not directly to the missionary -- MDM retains discretion and control as the legal recipient of each gift.
• If you have a concern about how your donation was used, contact support@modernday.org and describe your concern. MDM leadership will review and respond directly.
• Refund requests related to processing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts) are handled case-by-case and may be approved.
