When will I receive my monthly payment?

MDM processes payments on two cycles each month:

• Mid-month payment: Processed on the 1st business day following the 15th. You will receive funds in 3 business days. To qualify, you must have raised at least $1,000 in donations by the 15th of that month. If the threshold is not met, no mid-month payment is issued.
• End-of-month payment: Processed on the 2nd business day following the end of each month. You will receive funds in 3 business days. This includes all funds raised during the month and previously raised funds, up to your approved monthly budget. 

Note: Withheld funds are only disbursed in the end-of-month payment, not mid-month. If you received less than expected in your mid-month payment, this is likely the reason. Once a payment is processed, funds typically arrive in your bank account within 3 business days for standard ACH transfers.
