Why didn't I receive a mid-month payment?

There are two common reasons your mid-month payment was not issued:

• You did not meet the $1,000 minimum threshold. MDM requires at least $1,000 in donations to be received by the 15th of the month for a mid-month disbursement to be processed. If that threshold was not met, funds are held and paid at end of month.
• Your donations came in after the cutoff. Donations received after the 15th are counted toward the current month's end-of-month payment, not the mid-month cycle.
• Donors may set up one-time or recurring gifts on a day that is different than the gift processing date. This may cause the receipt date of your donation to be after the mid-month payment. 

Note: Any amount raised that was not disbursed mid-month will be included in your end-of-month payment, up to your approved monthly budget. If you believe donations were received before the 15th and you still did not receive a payment, contact support@modernday.org with your missionary name and we will investigate.
